Easy site to navigate. No problems ordering and item delivered next day.

I ended up having to place 2 separate orders and pay next day delivery because I needed to Try the 12 and 14, but only the 14 was in stock, then a few hours later the 12 was in stock. Which totalled £11 in delivery costs. The returns process is so long winded, expensive and complicated, felt like I had time travelled, and because the 2 items were on separate orders I had to return separately which will mean 2 x return costs being deducted from my refund. So basically I’ll have paid £20+ for just trying on 2 dresses, which would look fabulous if you can get away with not wearing a bra (which I sadly can’t.)

I won’t be ordering from AX Paris again.

After having an issue with the delivery (Royal Mails fault)I must say it was sorted really quickly and refunded items were reordered and cheaper as they’d gone in sale happy days

The dress I ordered did not meet my expectation, I was really disappointed with it.so I've sent it back.

Nothing bad except the cost of sending and returning items. Most retailers delivery and returns are free nowadays, i should have read into the returns process before ordering as iv cost myself almost £10 for an item i havnt kept, which is ashame as i have seen lots of lovely items but unfortunately wont order again as i cant afford to keep paying this amount each time.

This is the 2 nd dress I have ordered from you, the 1st was absolutely beautiful, but this one just does not fit right at all, it’s like there is to much material in the top part of the dress ?

First time user, It was easy to set up an account and order, the delivery arrived within the time specified. I returned some items I did not want and the refund was processed promptly. The clothes are a good quality and fit well, nice fabrics. Will definitely purchase from AX Paris again

The item I bought was nothing like the item in the picture, it was a totally different colour it look blue/green (teal) in the photo and it arrived and was emerald green
